Carter
Carter is an acheologist who lives in the tent near the big waterfall. He's dedicated his entire
life to digging and looking for signs of ancient civilian, and uncovering the ruins in the Valley. He will accept your help
with the Dig as long as you are there before 4PM. He will also let you keep whatever you find, as long as it's not important.
Likes: Melons, Cheese, Sashimi.
Dislikes: Nothing. (That I know of)
Chris
Chris is Wally's wife, and Hugh's mother. She goes to work in Mineral Town every day.
Likes: Apples, Apple Juice, Produce, Milk.
Dislikes: Vegetable Cake.
Cody
Cody lives in his trailer, working on art projects. He likes to wander around looking for inspiration.
He seems a bit gruff at the very beginning, but he warms up afterwards.
Likes: Flowers, Produce, Crystal, Bones.
Dislikes: Curry.
Daryl
Daryl is the village's scientist. He spends most of his time around your farm, but can also be found
during the early morning in his lab, working on his experiments.
Likes: Fish (Especially Snelt Fish), Eggs (Especially Golden Eggs), Bones, Coins, Earth Soup, Cheese.
Dislikes: Flowers, and most other things.
Dr. Hardy
Doctor Hardy is the town's doctor, as well as Romona's physician. Despite his appearence, he is quite
a nice man. He loves to talk to the villagers, and often gives advice on health matters.
Likes: Fish, Flowers, Bones.
Dislikes: Curry.
Flak
Flak is the fat Harvest Sprite wearing the yellow jacket. He is the calm one, and often has to break
of Nik and Nak's fighting.
Likes: Nothing in Particular.
Dislikes: The Main Character Foraging in the Forest.
Flora
Flora lives in the tent with Carter near the big waterfall. She is Carter's assistant in a way, considering
she helps with the Dig. Carter and Flora aren't married, but Flora often wonders if it's wrong to be living in the tent with
Carter.
Likes: Fish, Milk, Butter, Cheese, Curry, Mushroom Curry.
Dislikes: Fruits and Vegetables Below S Quality.
Galen
Galen is an elderly man, who is, of course, retired. He lives in the valley with his wife, Nina,
for the first chapter. Chapter 2 and onwards, he lives near Vesta's farm, alone.
Likes: S Quality Produce, Fish, Fish Dishes, Apples.
Dislikes: Produce Under S Quality.
Grant
Grant moves into Forget-Me-Not Valley in Chapter 2. He, like Chris, has a job outside of the valley,
in the city. He leaves early, around 5AM, and returns around 4PM. He is married to Samantha, whom apparently frightens him
at times, and his the father of Kate.
Likes: Sashimi, Eggs, Milk, Goat's Milk.
Dislikes: Coins, Flowers, Wild Plants
Griffin
Griffin is the owner of the Blue Bar, which is also his home. Muffy lives with him, and also works
for him, making Griffin Muffy's boss.
Likes: Sashimi, Fish, Coins, Crystals, Moon Mist Flowers, Trick Blue Flowers, Golden Eggs.
Dislikes: Butter.
Gustafa
Gustafa is a man that could somewhat be considered a 'hippy'. Of course, he's really a minstrel.
He loves music, songs, and poems, and loves to write them and sing them himelf. He often wanders around the forest area. He
has a crush on Nami, but he poses no threat to you.
Likes: Curry, Mushroom Curry. Flowers, Things From The Dig.
Dislikes: Nothing. (That I know of)
Hugh
Hugh is the son of Chris and Wally. He loves to exercise with his dad, and can often be seen jogging,
or rather trailing behind Wally at times. When not exercising, he can usually be found at the Spring.
Likes: Milk, Blue Crystals, Coins.
Dislikes: Nothing. (That I know of)
Kassey
Kassy is the older brother of Partrick, his twin. He and his brother are almost identicle except
for their clothing. Kassey has a smiley face on the front of his overalls. He also has a crush on Muffy, but he poses no threat.
He works on fireworks with Patrick.
Likes: Flowers, Crystals, Tomato-Carrot Salad.
Dislikes: Pickled Turnips.
Kate
Kate moves into Forget-Me-Not Valley in Chapter 2. She is Samantha and Grant's daughter. Samantha
considers Kate a tomboy, and wishes that she would be more mature and ladylike like Lumina. Kate, not thinking she is even
close to being a tomboy, spends as much time as possible away from home to get away from her mother.

Lumina
Lumina is the granddaughter of Romana. She lives in the mansion on the hill of Forget-Me-Not Valley.
She practices on the piano every day from around 10AM-12PM. She feels she will make Romana disapointed if she makes a mistake
in her piano playing. She also has a bit of a crush on the Main Character, although you cannot marry Lumina.
Likes: Flowers, Fried Sweet Potato, Strawberry Cake, Ores.
Dislikes: Nothing. (That I know of)
Marlin
Marlin lives on Vesta's Farm with Vesta and Celia. He became sick, and had to quit his job. So he
moved to Forget-Me-Not Valley for a healthier life. He really doesn't like the farm work though.
Likes: Vegetables of S Quality, Records, Strength and Stamina Potions.
Dislikes: Almost Everything Else.
Murrey
Murrey comes from a place he calls Po-Po Valley. He wants to go back to his home, and often complains
about how he misses his family. However, he doesn't have enough money to return to Po-Po Valley. Sometimes, you can find him
begging for money near Inner Inn. He may also steal things from the Food Storage. It is possible to catch him, and get the
things back. You also have the option of allowing him to have the food he finds. But then he will come to your farm more often
for food to eat.
Likes: All Food Not Including Fish.
Dislikes: Fish, Fish Dishes.
Nak
Nak is the Harvest Sprite who wears a red jacket. He is the oldest, and most likely the smartest
of the group. However, he fights with Nik too often to show his intelligence.
Likes: Nothing in Particular.
Dislikes: The Main Character Foraging in the Forest.
Nik
Nik is the tiny Harvest Sprite, and the baby of the bunch. He is the one who wears the blue jacket.
He often fights with Nak.
Likes: Nothing In Particular.
Dislikes: The Main Character Foraging in the Forest.
Nina
Nina is Galen's wife, and also is an elderly woman. She wants, and plans, to live in Forget-Me-Not
Valley for the rest of her short life.

Patrick
Patrick is Kassey's younger twin brother. He and his brother create fireworks. He wears green overalls
with a flower on the front. He is a lot like Kassey in many ways, except he doesn't have a crush on Muffy.
Likes: Flowers, Crystals, Tomato-Carrot Salad.
Dislikes: Pickled Turnips.
Rock
Rock is the son of Tim and Ruby, the owners of Inner Inn. He loves to party and have fun. Perhaps
he has obsessive-compulsive disorder, throwing parties constantly. Rarely, when he's actually inside the inn, it is possible
to challenge him to a milk drinking contest.
Likes: Moon Mist Flowers, Toy Flowers, Fodder, Mushroom Gratin, Coins, Human-Shaped-Artifacts,
Butter, Tomamelo Salad, Milk, Cheese, Earth Soup.

Romana
Romana could be considered the Mayor of the town. She lives in the mansion on the hill. Her butler,
Sebastion, and her granddaughter, Lumina, also reside there. She also houses her two cats.

Dislikes: Fish, Cheese, Bones.
Ruby
Ruby runs Inner Inn with her husband, Tim. She is the very best cook in town. You can get Curry Spice
from her, as well as her Ruby Spice. She is also Rock's Mother, but Rock looks nothing at all like Ruby.
Likes: Produce, Flowers, Crystals From the Dig, Cooking Items.
Dislikes: Dogs, Mainly Yours.
Samantha
Samantha is Grant's wife, and Kate's mother. She is very quiet, yet loves to talk with everyone in
the Valley. She nags at Kate a lot for being a tomboy, which is why Kate is usually not at the house.
Likes: Milk, Flowers, Most Other Things.
Dislikes: Nothing. (That I know of)
Sebastion
Sebastion is Romana's butler. Romana and Sebastion have known each other for years, since they were
children. They were also one of the first people in the valley. Sebastion loves to paint as well, and is quite good at
it.

Dislikes: Bones.
Takakaru
Takakaru was your father's best friend before he passed away. Now, Takakaru teaches you how to run
the farm, and where everything is. His dream, which was once your father's dream, is to run a family farm. He's counting on
the Main Character to fufil his dream.
Likes: Milk, Eggs, Home-Cooking, Crops.

Tim
Tim owns the Inner Inn with his wife, Ruby. He was traveling the world, but found Forget-Me-Not Valley,
and simply couldn't leave. Tim is also the father of Rock, though Rock looks nothing like him.
Likes: Milk, Goat's Milk, Butter, Cheese, Things From the Dig, Flowers, Fruit Punch, Fruit Juice,
Sashami.
Dislikes: Curry.
Van
Van is a traveling salesman. He doesn't live in Forget-Me-Not Valley, hence the title, "Traveling
Salesman." He is good friends with Tim and Ruby, who run the inn when he's not selling his wares. You can also sell things
to him, as you can't sell Produce anywhere else. (Unless you sell it in Van's spot when Van isn't there) You can buy rare
things from him, especially when Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life, is linked to Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. He's
on the Matkins Diet.

Dislikes: Butter.
Vesta
Vesta lives on her farm, Vesta's Farm, which she owns, with her younger brother, Marlin, and her
neice, Celia. She has a bad temper sometimes, and she likes to tell it as it is. She is also very helpful though, because
she gives you advice on planting your crops and she tells you what to grow in each season.

Wally
Wally is an exercise freak. You can see him running around town with his son, Hugh. He is also Chris'
wife. He has an easy-going personality, but doesn't like to be talked to when he's exercising.
